Press Release Wednesday, April 18, 2007

St. Louis, MO: Stevens Digital, Inc. (formerly EHS Technology Solutions) announced today a new suite of installation service offerings for the Hospitality & Lodging Industry. Dave Stevens, CEO of Stevens Digital said, “Our services to the hospitality industry historically have been installing Pay-Per-View systems for NxTV and KoolConnect. As we have engaged with property management during installation of PPV networks, it has become increasingly apparent that hoteliers are faced with a significant challenge transitioning from the old CRT televisions to the new digital flat panel TV’s.”

“I attended the HOT conference in Dallas last month and I came to the realization that additional services were needed for the flat panel technology transition. Several times during the conference I asked what the hotels intended to do with the older TV. The answer I received was, “Give them to employees.” The problem with that is, the EPA has declared that CRT’s (including TV’s) are hazardous waste and need to be disposed of properly. Secondly, this asset and its disposal must be accounted for by the property. It is questionable if giving the TV to an employee absolves the property from liability if it is found in a landfill. (AT&T was recently fined $195,000 by the EPA for not responding to a request for information about its computer disposal practices). Third, how many hotel employees are going to want a 6 or 7 year old TV?

“Additionally the transition to a flat panel HDTV is going to involve, in many cases, removal and disposal of the old furniture, re-cabling of the PPV systems with different cables (due to digital TV’s), installation of new STB’s or cable cards, and in some hotels installing wall mounts,” Stevens said.

The new services Stevens Digital will provide are:

De-Installation of the PPV in-room system and coordination with the PPV provider
Removal of the old Television
Disposal Plan for TV per EPA Guideline
Asset Tracking
Transportation, Wrap and Packing of Televisions
Indemnification of hotel
